2) Orders

  • To place your order you have to agree with our terms & conditions.
  • Free delivery covers the Ostrowiec Św. only. Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski immediate area is covered but the price depends on the distance beyond the city limits. Please choose delivery type in the shopping basket.
  • During polish Mothers Day - 26 may we only ship flowers to Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.
  • During polish Mothers Day - 26 may we do not ship wicker baskets with flowers!
  • We deliver whole week, in most cases same day. Please note that some of the products have additional delivery information in the product description (for instance gift basket has to be ordered 24h before delivery date).
  • We guarantee precise delivery only to the following timed events: Funerals, Wedding ceremonies or receptions. Other events will be held according to the time constraints chosen during the order process.
  • If you wish we can deliver your order before 9am and after 9.30 pm (so called night delivery) but you should contact us before placing such order - we will charge more for night deliveries.
  • Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order please ensure you have included the full name, address details, including phone number of the intended recipient and your daytime contact number, e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
  • We will do our utmost to help solve the delivery problems but please provide your phone or the addressee phone.
  • We strongly suggest that you only organise your gift to be delivered on a day which you know the recipient will be present. In the case the recipient is not present at the location we do as follows. If there is a contact phone number on the order form, we will contact the recipient to check when they are at the location before they attempt to deliver the gift again. If there is no phone number provided on the order form, our florist will attempt to leave the gift of the closest neighbours. If this is not possible we will contact with you to discuss the problem. Also if the recipient is not at the location when the delivery is made, we will try to leave a "not at home" card at the recipient's location (door etc). This card explains the situation and asks the recipient to contact us or neighbours to receive gift. Additional delivery charges may apply if our florist has to deliver the gift more than once. Alternatively, the recipient may collect the order at the florist's premise if he wishes to do so.
  • You should call us when you place order that you wish to be delivered in 4 or less hours from now.
  • Company reserves the right to refuse to send or display objectionable messages, ie anything that can be construed as vulgar, abusive, harassing, racist or defamatory and that may cause upset and embarrassment to the recipient or any other person.
  • Should you need to cancel or amend your order, please notify us as soon as possible or email, preferably 24 hours before the delivery date, we can then process the cancellation or amendment of your order. If order has been canceled you may be in part charged (5% to cover handling fee and the cost of offering a credit card service).
  • We deliver only orders that have been fully paid using one of the online payment methods that we support (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and others)
  • As soon as we receive your submitted and paid order we will send an e-mail confirming your order details and advising you that your order is being processed.
  • We can not guarantee precise delivery time on such days like 14.II, 08.III, 26.V, 06.XII.
  • Prices include VAT for deliveries within the Poland. All prices on this site are listed in Polish Zloty (PLN) but we provide you with daily updated exchange rates (published each working day by Polish National Bank NBP) that help you to count the approximate cost in your currency. Please note that we charge in PLN but card operators, ie VISA, will exchange the currency on the fly, there is no need to make any calculation on your own.

3) Goods

  • We always deliver fresh flowers. We guarantee that our flowers will stay fresh minimum 5 days (3 days for the flower baskets) but we belive that our flowers will stay fresh beyond this limits. Roses will stay fresh longer if the recipient will read and apply to the instruction of rose care included free together with your message card.
  • Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the date and by the time requested. However, we endeavour to construct the design as close as possible to the image displayed which you have chosen.
    Flowers are seasonal and there may be circumstances where the type of flower displayed may not be available in these rare circumstances we will need to substitute a flower of similar colour and or shape.
    Where a design is shown as one type of flower for example a bouquet of roses then we will not substitute another type of flower. If in the rare circumstance we are not able to supply roses in desired quantity or type, or the product/flower in question we will always contact you to discuss another alternative.
  • Quality complaints must be received within 7 days of delivery. A photo is highly recommended for quick resolution to quality complaints. Non delivery complaints must be received within 7 days of the delivery date. To place complaints you should use email or written mail.

4) Other agreements

  • Special conditions apply when delivering to certain locations such as hotels, hospitals and offices. In these instances we can leave your order (only in case the addressee is not available at the moment, ie is having a meeting) to the hotel service, office service etc.
  • We shall ensure that we comply with the requirement of all current data protection legislation including, without limitation, the Data Protection Act (as replaced, modified or re-enacted from time to time). We shall only use personal data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Polish law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Polish courts.
